Mr. Rumyantsev is an expert in management and development of the innovation enterprise and market promotion of the new products, highly professional in development and production technology upscaling in the field of high-temperature refractory materials. Author of 73 publications and co-author of 12 patents.
Holding PhD degree in Science, and being a Correspondent Member of the A.Prokhorov Engineering Science Academy, Mr. Rumyantsev is experienced in practical implementation of the developed processes/technologies and adaptation of promising materials in the priority technology areas; also skilled in R&D-related business planning. Mr. Rumyantsev initiates all the perspective development projects in the company and supervises the Master and post-graduate thesis works of the company associates. Mr. Rumyantsev is one of the founders of VIRIAL, continuously employed in the capacity of General Director since the company establishment in 1991.
Mr. Mikhail Rumyantsev
Being Deputy General Director, Mr. Mikhail Rumyantsev is responsible for the operational management, including development and implementation of the company sales policy, logistics (both sales and procurement), pre-launch preparation of the new and/or improved products, and quality assurance management. Mr. Mikhail Rumyantsev has accumulated a vast hands-on experience through working in various company divisions, and gained considerable skills in market promotion of high-tech products.

Mrs. Marina Rumyantseva
Mrs. Marina Rumyantseva is an expert in administration and management of highly specific finances of production company, including budgeting and economics planning, being also skilled in tax and economic legislation, and investment business planning.
Mrs. Rumyantseva is experienced in organization and management of small enterprises, administration and conduction of business and fiscal accounting, feasibility planning and budgeting, financial management and investment business planning, legal support of the business activities and arbitration supervision (12 won cases). Mrs. Rumyantseva is one of the founders of the company, continuously employed in the capacity of the Head of Finances of VIRIAL Ltd. since the company establishment in 1991.

Mr. Nikita Radtsig
Mr. Radtsig is an expert in the field of high-temperature composite materials, pyrolytic materials and coatings. He is responsible for the new modular production units, development of the new machinery, and engineering.
Mr. Radtsig was awarded the Russian National Prize in 2000.
He is experienced in management of the R&D and production teams, technical planning, production setup and administration, having managed a number of projects for development and upscaling of the new products. Mr. Radtsig hold authorship in 7 patented inventions.
Production Manager
Mr. Sergey Vasilyev
Mr. Vasilyev is an expert in the field of high-temperature materials and coatings, as well as ceramic and composite material production.
He has extensive management skills in team management, and quality assurance system implementation. Currently Mr. Vasilyev is responsible for optimization of the production processes and assurance of the continuous trouble-free production. He has participated in a number of projects aimed at development and upscaling of the new products, and is an author of 4 design-oriented inventions patented as utility models.
