Lining plates

Description

Lining (wear) plates are parts used to protect some structures and/or elements during sandblasting, or as surface protection against excess abrasive wear. Lining plates are usually made of of silicon-infiltrated, sintered, or liquid phase-sintered silicon carbide ceramics, or WC-based and tungsten-free cemented carbides.

Applications

Lining plates are used as protection of the mill parts in mixers and mills designed for hard material powder processing.

Main customers for these products are companies from the dynamically growing mining sector.
